At Citizenship 4k, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Because our products are digital eBooks, refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase if:

• The eBook was not delivered.
• The download link does not work.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.

If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once a digital eBook has been successfully delivered and accessed, refunds are generally not available, except in the situations listed above.
